What is Corporate Yoga and why does our company need to start doing it?

Yoga is truly for every body and can be modified to fit the needs of your work
force. Yoga IS Stress Management. Yoga integrates a mind/body connection and in each class we practice physical postures, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation to help participants deal with the challenges of the work day with more calm and clarity.

Corporate Classes: (at your workplace)
Typically classes meet for 45 to 75 minutes, for six week sessions. Payment plans vary.

Equipment:
